Australian Shipping Rates
We have different shipping rates for Australia that vary by speed and whether you want a little extra Insurance. To check your shipping: simply add items to your cart and use the ‘Estimate Shipping’ button.

Standard Package Regular Flat Rate $7.90+
Regular Flat Rate for any number of items (weight to 3kg) to any address in Australia. Takes about 4-7 days to receive your item. This basic option has limited tracking functionality.
Insurance: This method has No Insurance, if the item is lost or damaged in transit it will not be replaced or covered (using no insurance is at your own risk, we always recommend using EXPRESS option below).
We use use a range of service such as courier or Australia Post for this method. The driver may not always leave a calling card and may not re-deliver unless you check the package tracking code.
Regional and Rural Australia Rates
Many rural areas such as WA, TAS and SA have very high delivery rate loadings… we use the best rate courier for your package however there is a higher delivery fee for certain areas. Add to your cart to discover the cost.
We use Australia Post for this method normally. If you’re not home, check the tracking code or your local post office.
Same Day Sydney METRO Express (Variable Rates)
This option is offered seasonally (if you see it in the cart as an option – it’s available right now!).
Express Rate (Overnight Nationally) $15.90+
Express overnight delivery using DHL Express, Australia Post Express or Toll to any Australian address.
This is a super fast, reliable method with great online/phone support from DHL Australia and other express couriers.
Takes only 1-3 days (usually overnight!). Includes tracking from door to door (if we use DHL it’ll allow for web, phone and email tracking).
In the event that you are not home, couriers will attempt to re-deliver your package, however you can call to reschedule your delivery for a specific time as well.
*NO PO BOXES! This is a courier delivery service that requires a signature!
EXPRESS requires a signature on all deliveries so you will be guaranteed your item goes to a person and is not left unattended.
Insurance: We insure this package for you and will replace any packages damaged or lost in transit.
Free Shipping Australia – Spend Over $90
If you spend over A$90 you get FREE regular shipping for free for orders within Australia. Limited to package sizes under a certain weight and volume.
Upgrade: Or upgrade to Express for flat rate $10.00 (packages under 3kg)
Heavy Packages or Fragile Items
Packages starting at 3kg and some selected large volume or fragile items packages are classed as ‘Heavy Packages’ which have separate rates depending on the weight/size of the item and destination.

Shipping Rates – New Zealand and International

We usually ship within 1-3 days after you place your order for standard delivery and same day or day after for Express Postage.
Please note: occasionally dispatch times may be delayed during busy periods or if you use a prolonged payment method i.e. e-cheque, bank transfer or we need to do payment verification.
Signature on Delivery
You will need to sign for the delivery. If you’re not home when the delivery is made a slip will be left by courier, you can sign and authorise that the courier leave the package at your door if you’re not home on the next delivery attempt.
You will need to check the tracking status using the Tracking ID and link we send you when we ship the order. Note: if you miss a delivery you will need to organise directly with the courier or Australia Post.
